  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. peeled, thin-sliced apples

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in order; mix well.

    Stir dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.

    Add apples. Batter will be quite stiff.

    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
