  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 c. chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla on low speed.

    Add dry ingredients, fold in apples and nuts.
