  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 4 c. Apples (diced)
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. Nuts (chopped)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

    Combine oil and sugar; add eggs.

    Sift dry ingredients; add to wet mixture; add nuts, apples and vanilla.

    Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
