Ingredients: 2 c. sugar; 2 c. flour; 1 c. water; 1 c. Crisco oil; 3 1/2 tsp. cocoa; 2 eggs, beaten; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. soda; 1/2 stick oleo; 1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese; confectioners sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla; ground walnuts

Sift together

Mix in saucepan water, oil and cocoa.

Add eggs, well beaten, buttermilk and soda. (I use plain milk with 1 tablespoon vinegar.) Your batter will be real thin.
