  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 head chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 6 to 8 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 diced potatoes
  • 2 diced carrots
  • diced ham (if desired)

Directions

    Saute cabbage and onions in butter.
