  • 12 oz. bag caramels
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Mix the cake according to directions on box of cake mix. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour half of mixture in pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
