- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Combine everything except butter, bread crumbs and shortening. Allow chicken to marinate overnight in refrigerator.

2Roll chicken in bread crumbs.

3Chicken will be very heavy with sour cream so have plenty of bread crumbs ready.

4Melt butter and shortening; pour half over chicken and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 325°.

5Add remaining butter.

6Mix and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

7Good with rice.
