  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. or 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans

    Cook eggs, milk, sugar, oleo and vanilla until thick like pudding, about 12 to 15 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Cool and spread.
