  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
  • 1 can drained pie apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix oleo, cake mix and coconut.

    Put in oblong cake pan; slightly pat in bottom of pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Pour drained pie apples on this hot crust.

    Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over apples.

    Mix egg and sour cream; drizzle over top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
