German Chocolate Pie

- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 oz. Baker's German's chocolate
- 1 can Milnot
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 deep dish, unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.

2Turn off heat and add Milnot and eggs; stir well.

3Add salt, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch until smooth, then add coconut and pecans.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 55 minutes.

6This will make 2 regular pies or 1 deep dish.
