  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Mix well. Add remaining ingredients except pecans.

    Mix well.

    Stir in pecans. Pour into shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375° to 400° for 30 minutes or until set.
