  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle, defrosted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, drained and sliced
  • 1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    In a medium size bowl combine spinach souffle, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, bacon and grated cheese.

    Pour spinach mixture in pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
