- 1 pkg. frozen spinach souffle, defrosted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, drained and sliced
- 1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Directions

1In a medium size bowl combine spinach souffle, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, bacon and grated cheese.

2Pour spinach mixture in pie shell.

3Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
