- 1 qt. sauerkraut (any kind)
- 1/2 c. oil (you might like less)
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 big onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed (more or less to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. pimento or green pepper (if desired), diced
Directions

1Rinse sauerkraut in cold water really good.

2Squeeze out water.

3Mix oil, vinegar and sugar; pour out.

4Add the rest of ingredients.

5Refrigerate all day or overnight.
