- 150 grams Plain white flour
- 125 grams Margarine for baking
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 level teaspoon Baking powder
- 50 grams Cornflakes (plain)
- 60 grams Raisins
Directions

1Mix margarine brought to room temperature and sugar.

2Add the egg.

3Sift the flour and baking powder, and mix in.

4Roughly crush the cornflakes by hand.

5Add cornflakes from Step 2 and the raisins to Step 1, and mix.

6Drop the dough on a baking sheet using 2 teaspoons.

7Bake in the preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 10 minutes, and they're done.
