- 2 stalks celery
- 4 large onions
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 gal. sweet milk
- 1 large loaf bread
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- salt to taste
- butter
Directions

1Put butter in skillet and melt, cooking celery and onions that have been chopped up.

2When slightly brown, add meat.

3While cooking or before, put bread that has been slightly toasted, in milk that has been almost boiled.

4Pour milk over broken bread pieces and let stand 30 minutes.

5Then add all ingredients together.
