- 34 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon allspice
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 23 cup cherry preserves
- 23 cup apricot preserves
- 23 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream together: butter, sugar and eggs.

2Sift together: flour and spices.

3Add baking soda to buttermilk.

4Add flour mixture to egg mixture a little at a time, alternating with buttermilk until well mixed.

5Fold in preserves and chopped nuts.

6Mix in vanilla extract.

7Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

8Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
