- 2 1/4 lb. beef
- 1 1/4 lb. onions
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 c. broth or water
- 4 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- lemon juice
Directions

1Cut the beef in cubes.

2Cut the onions and bacon in cubes. Heat bacon until translucent, not brown.

3Add the meat and brown in two to three portions.

4Add the onions and cook until well blended and soft.

5Add tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper and cumin to the meat mixture.

6Stir well.

7Then add the liquid. Cover pot tightly and simmer on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
