  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans

    Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil 3 to 4 minutes.

    Remove from heat and cool about 15 minutes.

    Add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans.
