German Pancakes

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- powdered sugar
- butter
- lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2Mix the eggs with the flour.

3Add milk slowly to eggs and flour mixture, mixing well with each addition.

4When the oven is up to temp, put the butter in a pie plate and place in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until melted.

5Remove hot pie plate from the oven, turn pie plate making sure butter covers the sides.

6Add batter to pan.

7Bake 15 minutes or so or until golden brown around the edges

8Serve wit butter and powdered sugar (and some people like it with lemon juice).

9Optional Serve with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
