- 1/4 cup MINUTE Tapioca
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Directions

1Mix tapioca, sugar and water in medium saucepan.

2Let stand 5 min.

3Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in orange zest and juice.

6Pour into medium bowl.

7Place plastic wrap directly on surface of tapioca.

8Refrigerate 1 hour or until cooled.

9(Tapioca thickens as it cools.)

10Gently stir in whipped topping.

11Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.

12Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
