- 5 lb. salad potatoes
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
- 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes; skin and slice into pieces.

2Fry bacon; drain off all fat.

3Sprinkle flour over bacon; mix it up.

4Pour vinegar, sugar and water over bacon.

5Simmer until thick.

6Pour over potatoes; mix well.

7Serve warm.
