- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- bay leaf and cloves (desired amount)

1Slowly brown the roast on all sides.

2When roast is browned to suit, remove roast from pan and leave enough fat to make a gravy. Add ingredients, also the browned roast and cook slowly until roast is tender.
