- 1 large cabbage, chopped
- 3 onions, sliced thin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Arrange cabbage and onions in bowl.

2Bring to a boil, sugar, celery, mustard, salt and vinegar.

3Add oil; pour over cabbage and onions.

4Chill for several hours.

5This slaw will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
