Ingredients
- 4 cups wild arugula
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons raw sliced almonds
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop the broccoli florets and tomatoes, individually, into small pieces.

2Roughly chop the arugula then add previously chopped tomatoes, broccoli, red onions, sliced almonds and give it another rough chop.

3Whisk together balsamic vinegar and oil and drizzle over the salad.

4Toss the salad with vinaigrette, salt and lots of ground black pepper.
