  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. candied fruit (optional)
  • 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
