- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (53 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Fry bacon until crisp.

3Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in pan.

4Crumble bacon and set aside.

5Saute onion in drippings until tender.

6Combine all ingredients in 3-quart casserole.
