- 5 or 6 sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. favorite herb
Directions

1Place oil in saucepan, then add sliced carrots and top with onion.

2Sprinkle sugar, herbs, salt and pepper over top.

3Put lid on pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.

4Do not add water.

5If necessary, add a little oil.
