Ingredients
- 8 oz. radiatore
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cook radiatore as directed.

2Drain well.

3While pasta is cooking, fry bacon until crisp, drain bacon on paper towels.

4Add onion to bacon fat, cook until clear.

5Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.

6Cook over low heat until mixture begins to boil, remove from heat.

7Stir in vinegar and water.

8Return to medium heat, cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.

9Stir one minute and remove from heat.

10Add crumbled bacon, radiatore and hot dressing together.

11Stir gently and serve hot. Also can add diced dill pickles if you want.
