  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 medium carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. small marshmallows

Directions

    Mix package of pudding mix and can of pineapple.

    Stir well. Add nuts, marshmallows and cherries. Mix well.

    Stir in Cool Whip if desired.

    Add green food coloring for green salad.

    Pour into mold or bowl.
