German-Style Spaghetti

- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1 1/2 lb. knockwurst, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. beer
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Cook spaghetti until barely done.

2Heat margarine, onions and knockwurst in skillet and saute for 5 minutes.

3Stir in the soup, beer, sour cream, mustard and caraway seed.

4Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Layer this mixture with spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
