  • 3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 14 teaspoon clove
  • 14 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 cup dairy free butter
  • 1 gluten free pie crust

    In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.

    In a small bowl, mix together eggs and non-dairy butter.

    Add to pumpkin mixture.

    Pour mixture into a pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 450F oven.

    Reduce heat to 350F and bake 40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
