- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 4 eggs
- 14 cup dairy free butter
- 1 gluten free pie crust
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt and spices.

2In a small bowl, mix together eggs and non-dairy butter.

3Add to pumpkin mixture.

4Pour mixture into a pie shell.

5Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 450F oven.

6Reduce heat to 350F and bake 40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
