Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 18 giant shells
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook shells as directed.

2Brown beef, onion and garlic until beef is crumbly.

3Drain fat; cool.

4Stir in cheese, crumbs, parsley and eggs.

5Stuff shells.

6Spoon 1/4 spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Place shells on top.

8Pour rest of meat and sauce over top.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
