- fresh or frozen fish (about 3/4-inch thick)
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
Directions

1Preheat broiler for 5 minutes.

2Arrange fish in a single layer in a well oiled preheated pan.

3Combine all ingredients except fish.

4Pour sauce over fish and broil 10 to 12 minutes about 2 inches from the heat, turning once and basting several times. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
