- 2 lb. chicken wings (cut in 1/2)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root (fresh is better)
- 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped
Directions

1Mix well and pour over wings.

2Refrigerate and marinate for 3 to 5 hours.

3Broil and add a little sauce at a time.
