  • 2 lb. chicken wings (cut in 1/2)
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root (fresh is better)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or chopped

    Mix well and pour over wings.

    Refrigerate and marinate for 3 to 5 hours.

    Broil and add a little sauce at a time.

    Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
