Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning chicken
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 3 dashes salt and pepper
  • 250 grams chicken breast cut in 1cm cubes
  • 1 bowl frozen vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup salted roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced or finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger finely chopped Japanese
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients to make the marinade.

    Add chicken to the marinade, and mix well.

    Leave for 20 minutes.

    Mix flour in water until smooth.

    Defrost vegetables.

    Preheat oil in pan.

    Scoop chicken out of marinade and stir-fry until cooked.

    Add in the fresh ginger and the remaining marinade.

    Stir for 30 seconds.

    Add the flour mixture, vegetables, pickled ginger and peanuts.

    Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
