- 1 1/2 lbs fresh sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 6 ounces sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon flour
Directions

1Mix ginger, chili sauce, brown sugar, parsley.

2Heat oil in a large saute pan on medium-high heat.

3Pat scallops dry with paper towel.

4Dust scallops with small amount of flour.

5Cook two minutes.

6Turn scallops and cook additional 2 minutes.

7Add chili sauce mix.

8Reduce heat to simmer and cook 3 additional minutes.

9Serve over angel hair pasta.
