Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) orange juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) soysauce
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp (2 ml) fresh ginger, peeled, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) minced scallions
  • 1/2 tspseasoned rice wine vinegar
  • pinch curry powder
  • squeeze of fresh lime juice

Directions

    In saucepan combine all ingredients over medium heat.

    Bring to boil, reduce to low heat and simmer 5 minutes; strain.

    Return to low heat and continue to simmer until a syrup thickness is achieved.
