- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. pineapple-orange juice, divided
- 2 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, softened
Directions

1Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange juice in a small saucepan; stir until smooth.

2Add remaining pineapple-orange juice, ginger, honey and lemon juice; stir well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring frequently.

3Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl.

4Cover and chill.

5Stir in yogurt just before serving.

6Serve with fresh fruit.
