- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped gingerroot (I use ginger paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients into a blender.

2Blend on low for 1 minute, then high for 30 seconds.

3Add additional salt or pepper to taste.

4Chill.

5Stir before serving on salad.
