- 16 old-fashioned gingersnaps
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
Directions

1Drain the peaches and set aside.

2Using a rolling pin finely crush the cookies in a plastic bag.

3Melt the margarine.

4Blend in the crumbs, nuts and brown sugar.

5Arrange the fruit in a lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.

6Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fruit.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Serve warm. Serves 6.
