Ginger & Honey Broccoli

  • 1 head broccoli cut in florets
  • 1 light soy sauce table spoon of
  • 1 rice vinegar table spoon of
  • 1 pickled ginger table spoon of, minced
  • 1 honey table spoon of
  • 1 sesame table spoon of white, for garnish

    1. Steam broccoli for about 5 min.

    2. Cool and place in salad bowl.

    3. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey over hot water bath to help honey to dissolve, add ginger mix again.

    4. Pour dressing over broccoli and sprinkle with sesame.
