- FOR THE SYRUP:
- 200 milliliters Water
- 20 grams Sliced Ginger
- 100 grams Sugar
- FOR THE LEMONADE:
- 200 milliliters Lemon Juice
- Lemon Slices, For Garnish
- 800 milliliters Water
- 15 grams Basil
- Ice, As Needed
Directions

1In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add water, ginger slices and sugar. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let syrup cool completely. Remove ginger slices if desired.

2Mix syrup, lemon juice, lemon slices, water, basil and ice. Add more water if you like. Garnish with lemon slices or basil.
