Ginger Mango Lassi

  • 1 mango 350 gr
  • 3 1/8 cups yoghurt natural drinking
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ice cube
  • 1 tablespoon ginger piure
  • lemon zest to decorate, optional ground ginger

Directions

    Peel, stone and roughly choppe mango. Put the mango in a blender with the yougurt, lime juice and ginger piure and whizz until thick and smooth.

    To serve, fill 4 glasses with ice cubes and pour over the ginger mango mixture. Decorate with lemon zest.

    The drinks are ready to be served!
