- 1 mango 350 gr
- 3 1/8 cups yoghurt natural drinking
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ice cube
- 1 tablespoon ginger piure
- lemon zest to decorate, optional ground ginger
Directions

1Peel, stone and roughly choppe mango. Put the mango in a blender with the yougurt, lime juice and ginger piure and whizz until thick and smooth.

2To serve, fill 4 glasses with ice cubes and pour over the ginger mango mixture. Decorate with lemon zest.
