- 2 1/16 cups caster sugar
- 1 1/8 pounds fromage frais 1/2 kg
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- vanilla optional
Directions

2Whisk together the sugar and egg yolks, add the milk and return to a rinsed out pan.

3Bring up the temperature until the custard thickens, then strain and cool it.
