  • 1 tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. miso paste
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. Chinese chile-garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice

    Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash to a paste.

    Best Uses: Rub the paste on skirt steak, shrimp, spareribs, chicken and pork before grilling, or stir into broth or noodle soup.
