- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1 lb. lightly salted mixed nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, beat egg white with the cold water until frothy.

2Add mixed nuts and stir until well combined.

3In a small mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, lemon peel and ginger root.

4Pour the sugar mixture over nut mixture.

5Toss until evenly coated.

6Spread nuts in single layer in a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

7Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

8Cool nuts in pan, stirring once.
