- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 185 g butter, melted
- 1 cup golden syrup
- 1 egg

1preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

3mix flour ginger and bicarb in bowl.

4add sugar butter golden syrup and egg.

5roll into balls.

6place onto tray and flatten.
