  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 dozen wonton wrappers

Directions

    In a small mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, crab meat, onions, and garlic.

    Heat oil for deep frying to 350 F - 375F.

    Place about 1/2 teaspoon filling in center of wrapper.

    Moisten edges with water, fold into triangle over filling, then pull two ends together and seal.

    Deep fry a few at a time 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce work well.
