- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup soymilk
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons corn oil (or veg oil)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 bosc pear, grated
Directions

1preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.
