- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 to 3 carrots, shredded
- 4 to 5 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle or to taste soy sauce
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground chuck.

2Add alternately (in small amounts) with brown sugar and soy sauce.

3Cook until just tender.

4Put small amount of ground chuck mixture in center of wrap.

5Moisten edges with baking powder and water mixture.

6Fold sides to center and moisten edges, then starting at the top, roll firmly and seal with water and baking powder mixture.

7Drop in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels.
